Launch AnyFrame and drag the viewport over the screen area you want to share. Resize from any edge or corner.
In your video call, pick "AnyFrame" from the window sharing menu. It shows up at the top of the list. Your audience sees only what's inside the frame.
Enable click-through mode and your clicks pass right through to the apps underneath. Work as usual — AnyFrame handles the framing.
